Kalyn Daniels, MSW, LCSWA

Kalyn received her Bachelors in social work from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, and her Masters in social work from North Carolina State University. As a licensed clinical social worker associate (LCSWA), Kalyn is passionate about helping individuals achieve their mental health goals by collaborating with the individual to create a life they want to live. Kalyn’s experience includes working with adults who are living with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. In addition, she has experience facilitating psychotherapy groups that promote healthy coping mechanisms. Kalyn is currently being trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a highly effective treatment for symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a social worker, she also has experience in advocating and fighting for the rights of marginalized populations in North Carolina. Kalyn strives to remain culturally competent in efforts to help every individual feel safe, heard, and empowered.
